ROSE'S HANDS Beauty and Health Care PTE. LTD. in Hong Kong is seeking a client-focused beauty service professional to join our team as a beauty therapist. You will deliver hair removal, hair styling, nail care, makeup, and skincare guidance while helping manage appointments.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon arrival and assess service needs.
• Perform hair removal using permanent and temporary methods.
• Apply hair products (serum, cream, clay) to style hair.
• Perform manicures and pedicures according to client preferences.
• Suggest hairstyles and nail colors to suit clients’ needs and style.
• Apply makeup as requested by clients.
• Provide skincare guidance and aftercare advice to clients.
• Schedule appointments by phone and accommodate walk-ins based on availability.
• Maintain updated client records including contact details and treatments.
• Cross-sell therapies and beauty products where appropriate.
• Keep work areas clean and ensure sterilization of equipment.
• Monitor stock levels of products such as lotions and nail polishes.

• Maintain updated client records (e.g. contact details and treatments)
• Cross‑sell therapies and beauty products, when relevant
• Make sure our working area is clean and equipment is sterilized at all times
• Keep track of levels of stock (e.g lotion and nail polishes)
