Job summary

The Boys' and Girls' Clubs Association of Hong Kong invites applications for an Athletic Programme Coordinator to support planning and execution of our basketball projects, including training sessions, tournaments, and community basketball engagement activities.

You'll collaborate with the project manager and social workers, assist in publicity and promotion, and help with sports career training and event logistics, including the annual overseas exchange trip.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sports science, physical education, or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in sports coordination or athletic programme support preferred.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating basketball training sessions and tournaments.
• Support community basketball development and engagement activities.
• Collaborate with the project manager and social workers.
• Assist in event promotion and publicity efforts.
• Support sports career training and learning activities.
• Help coordinate logistics for the annual overseas exchange trip.
