Job summary

The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is seeking a Barista to join our F&B Service team. You will deliver attentive, personalised service with strong product knowledge and support guest satisfaction. The Barista reports to the Assistant Manager.

We welcome candidates with 1–2 years’ Barista or hotel experience who are passionate about exceptional F&B service, with good Cantonese and English communication; Mandarin is an advantage. On-site role in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in Barista or hotel service experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional F&B service.
• Pleasant, presentable, service-oriented with good supervision skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to standards.
• Milk texturing and latte art using café equipment.
• Take orders, upsell items, and handle POS transactions.
• Maintain beverage quality and presentation.
• Keep workstations and equipment clean and well stocked.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish supplies as needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest inquiries.
• Support team operations and opening/closing duties.
• Follow hygiene, safety and food-handling standards.
• Report equipment issues and perform other duties as required by the department head.
