Job summary

PFCC Group seeks a Digital UI/UX Designer to elevate digital products across e‑Banking, mobile apps, and online platforms. You will translate business needs into intuitive journeys, craft high‑quality UI designs, and deliver precise specs for development.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in UI/UX, strong Figma/Sketch skills, and a pace of delivering accessible, brand‑aligned visuals. Banking experience is preferred, with collaboration across business and technology teams.

Qualifications

4+ years of UI/UX design experience across mobile apps, e-banking, web or digital platforms.
Banking/financial services experience is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Figma and Sketch; experience with Adobe tools is a plus.
Strong visual design skills and ability to create clear visuals and illustrations.
Good understanding of accessibility and digital design principles.
Experience contributing to or developing design systems and reusable components.
Detail‑oriented, proactive, with strong communication and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

Translate business requirements and user needs into UX/UI designs, wireframes, and customer journeys.
Create and present UX/UI concepts and prototypes, explain design rationale to stakeholders.
Deliver pixel‑perfect design specifications for IT development while ensuring brand and accessibility standards.
Design supporting digital content, including website pages and App Store assets.
Conduct market and UX research to identify trends and improvements.
Facilitate UX workshops to gather requirements and define customer journeys.
