Job summary

WallStone Partners & Company Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Banking Relationship Manager to manage a portfolio of retail banking clients and promote wealth management solutions.

This role requires Insurance or Investment sales experience, IIQE/HKSI qualifications, and strong product knowledge in investments and insurance. Fluency in Chinese, English and Putonghua is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year Insurance or Investment sales experience or 2 years working experience.
• Passed IIQE papers 1-3 and HKSI 1,7,8.
• Strong knowledge for Investment, Global Market, Insurance product.
• University degree or above preferred.
• Fluent Chinese, English and Putonghua in written and speaking.

Key responsibilities:

Manage and strengthen relationships with a portfolio of retail banking customers

Acquire, develop and retain customer relationships to drive portfolio growth

Identify customer needs and deliver tailored financial solutions that exceed expectations

Understand customers' personal and professional financial goals to provide holistic wealth management advice

Develop individualized strategies focused on wealth creation and capital preservation

Achieve assigned KPIs and profit targets by expanding existing customer relationships and acquiring new ones

Enhance customer loyalty by proactively meeting their needs directly or through effective collaboration with internal business partners

Requirement:
