The role involves updating instructions from business units in systems, handling document scanning, indexing, signature imaging, and maintaining cheque book records, DM opt-out, and return mail processes.

Fresh graduates will be considered for entry-level support. The position requires a minimum of secondary education and at least 1 year in banking operations, with proficiency in MS Office

Formación

• Secondary education or above.
• At least 1 year of relevant banking operations experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; good written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure instructions from BUs are updated in relevant systems.
• Handle document scanning and indexing.
• Update signature imaging.
• Maintain channels and process cheque book records.
• Process DM opt-out and return mail tasks.
• Assist with remote account opening and InMotion account opening QA.
• Perform general clerical duties.
