Qualifications

• Higher Certificate or Diploma in Computer Science is welcome
• Minimum 5 years of experience in networking infrastructure support
• Professional qualifications are preferred (not mandatory)

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support for network operations and maintenance across LAN/WAN and wireless networks
• Configure and maintain next-generation firewalls and optimize policies for banking assets
• Deploy and manage enterprise load balancers and Nginx for performance and high availability
• Design and manage enterprise Wi‑Fi networks including mobility controllers and NAC
• Partner with application teams to design network environments across development, testing and production
• Provide high-tier troubleshooting to resolve complex network incidents
• Assist in defining network and security policies and baselines
• Utilize knowledge of EIGRP and OSPF technologies
• Provide network support for overseas branches
