Chandler Macleod Group (HK) Limited is seeking an IT Administrator to support the Banking division in Central. The role involves administrative support to the Department Head and assisting daily IT project operations and progress tracking to ensure tasks are completed on time.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of admin experience, strong planning and numeracy skills, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in administration, preferably in banking and financial services.
• Strong planning, organisation and numeracy skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced digitalized environment.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance and support to Department Head and the department
• Assist in daily IT project operations and progress tracking to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as per request
