Bupa Hong Kong is seeking a Manager, Platform Engineering (Azure Cloud) to lead the design, implementation, and operation of secure Azure infrastructure. You will drive Terraform IaC, AKS, Helm, and Azure DevOps to enable scalable cloud services for application teams while aligning with enterprise governance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 10+ years IT experience with at least 5+ years on Microsoft Azure cloud platforms.
• Strong experience with Terraform and IaC practices.
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps pipelines and repository management.
• Solid understanding of Azure networking, security, governance, and identity management.
• Hands-on experience with AKS and Kubernetes administration.
• Experience with Azure Application Gateway, API Management, Storage Accounts, Key Vault, Logic Apps, and App Services.
• PowerShell and Bash scripting experience.
• Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-400) preferred.
• Experience with GitOps tools (ArgoCD/Flux) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain Azure Landing Zones aligned with governance, security, and compliance requirements.
• Manage Azure subscriptions, policies, RBAC, networking, and resource standards.
• Develop and maintain IaC solutions using Terraform.
• Create reusable Terraform modules and automate infrastructure provisioning.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot workloads on AKS.
• Manage Kubernetes resources including networking, storage, scaling, and security configurations.
• Utilize Helm Charts for deployment and lifecycle management.
• Implement, support, and optimize Azure services like Application Gateway, API Management, Storage, Key Vault, Logic Apps, and App Services.
• Monitor platform health, security, performance, and operational effectiveness.
• Produce technical documentation, procedures, and architecture diagrams.
• Support incident resolution and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with application, security, and infrastructure teams to deliver cloud solutions.
