Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced cloud infrastructure professional to work on Azure cloud platform remediation and migration. Responsibilities include analyzing and remediating non-compliant Azure instances, collaborating with multiple teams, and ensuring cloud solutions meet compliance standards. The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of experience in cloud implementations and a strong background in infrastructure, with expertise in Azure technologies and security services. Excellent communication skills in English are required.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in cloud native implementations and datacenter infrastructure.
• Experience with workload migrations focusing on scalability and disaster recovery.
• Strong Infrastructure background including data center hardware.

Job description

• Working in a cross functional team whose mission it is to both remediate existing Azure cloud platforms and migrate applications to current compliant Azure platforms
• Analyze, evaluate, and remediate non-compliant Azure instances and applications
• Work with various infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to remediate and migrate services to compliant Azure instances
• 5-10 years of experience cloud native implementations, IAM, datacenter infrastructure
• Experience with workload migrations and analyzing factors (scalability, disaster recovery, availability, etc.)
• Experience Microsoft Azure cloud platforms including infrastructure, storage, platforms.
• Data center hardware infrastructure (servers, networking, storage)
• Azure cloud technologies with a focus on:
• Azure Security related services like Azure Policies, Sentinel, Monitoring, ...
• Security technologies such as firewalls, HSMs, proxy servers, IDS/IPS, network segmentation tools
• Identity Access Management (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, Privileged Access Management tools)
• Experience with datacenter migrations, cloud-to-cloud migration of applications and services
• Strong Infrastructure Background
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
