Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
• Healthcare / biotech education background and/or deal experience is a plus.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in finance and/or biotech/pharma industry.
• Experience handling IPO transactions in healthcare / biotech sector advantageous.
• 2+ years of full-time working experience in Hong Kong or overseas advantageous.
• Working knowledge of Listing Rules and Takeovers Codes is required.
• Willing to travel to mainland China frequently.
• Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua is a must.

• Prepare financial analysis, feasibility studies, listing documents, pitching materials and presentations.
• Involve in evaluation and execution of client strategic initiatives in business expansion/restructuring and related acquisitions.
• Liaise with other professional parties and communicate with relevant authorities.
• Handle other tasks assigned by the team leader as needed.

• Lead a wide range of corporate finance transactions (including IPOs, spin-offs, financial advisory on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and other fund raising activities);
• Fully participate and guide juniors in due diligence and execution processes;
• Prepare financial analysis, feasibility studies, listing documents, pitching materials and presentations;
• Involve in evaluation and execution of client's strategic initiatives in business expansion / restructuring and related acquisition opportunities;
• Liaise with other professional parties and communicate with relevant authorities; and
• Such other tasks assigned by team leader from time to time.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's or master's degree holder in Business, Finance, Economics or related discipline;
• Healthcare / pharmaceutical / biotech education background and/or deal experience is a plus;
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the finance industry and/or in biotech / pharmaceutical industry. Candidates with experience in handling IPO transactions in the healthcare / biotech sector will be an advantage;
• Candidates with over 2 years of full time working experience in Hong Kong or overseas is considered as an advantage;
• Working knowledge in the Listing Rules and Takeovers Codes is required;
• Self-motivated, responsible, a good team player and willing to travel to mainland China for business on a frequent basis;
• Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills; and
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a must.
