• Responsible for monitoring and responding to user tickets raised through ITSM tools
• Troubleshoot and escalation alerts that cannot be resolved to appropriate section
• Prioritize and handle service requests and incidents
• Progress issues and provide relevant information for troubleshooting or for clarification
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to departmental initiatives
• Responsible for improving and documenting the technical processes around application support
• Develop scripts works with team to automate repeatable manual tasks
• Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving application issues
• Avaloq Core application development
• Problem investigation and solving
• Testing support
• Documentation for SOP, User Manual, Training documentation, Trouble shooting document etc

Job Requirements

• 1+ years working experience
• Hands‑on experience on Avaloq
• Banking domain knowledge is preferred
• Understand ITIL framework
• Hands‑on experience on Java
• Good understanding of Linux/Unix and RDBMS like Oracle, SQL Server and My SQL
• Self Driven, Result oriented
