Fellow or member of HKICPA (or equivalent recognized body).
12+ years of audit experience, with a significant background in Big 4 or 2nd-Tier CPA firms.
Proven track record in leading complex audit engagements for listed issuers or regulated entities.
Fluency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin.

Responsibilities

Portfolio & Engagement Leadership: Oversee comprehensive audit engagements for a diverse portfolio, including listed companies, financial institutions, and multinational corporations.
Quality Assurance & Governance: Serve as a key sign-off authority, ensuring audit engagements meet regulatory standards, HKICPA guidelines, and internal quality controls.
Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and manage audit teams ranging from Seniors to Associate Directors, fostering technical excellence and professional growth.
