Qualifications

• 1 to 6 years of relevant experience gained from audit firm.
• Experience in audit of listed and/or sizeable companies.
• Sound knowledge of US IPOs, Listing Rules, Takeovers Code and capital raising exercises is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out audit, audit-related and other assurance services to clients.
• Maintaining good relationships with clients and responding timely.
• Establishing and maintaining effective internal relationships across service lines.
