Job summary

Nanyang Commercial Bank Ltd. in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced IT Audit professional to lead and conduct IT infrastructure and application audit assignments within the banking sector.

The role requires strong knowledge of IT governance, security, and data analytics, with certifications preferred. You will provide consultancy on IT management and internal controls, and contribute to enforcing audit standards and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in IT, CS, Accounting or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT security or audit, preferably in Banking/Financial industry.
• Professional qualifications like CISA, CISM, CISSP, PMP.
• Experience with CAATs (ACL) and data analytics tools (R, PowerBI) and RPA is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills; mature and independent.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Putonghua).

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and conduct IT infrastructure and application audit assignment.
• Involve in IT governance reviews and technical assessments, and recommend internal control improvements.
• Provide consultancy advice on IT management, security and outsourcing.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or abovein IT, Computer Science, Accounting or related disciplines;
• At least 5 years of experience in IT security or audit field, preferably in Banking and Financial industry;
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. CISA, CISM, CISSP, PMP);
• Experience in using CAATs (e.g. ACL), project implementation reviews, Data Analytics (e.g. R, PowerBI), RPA, code reviewor technical skill on network security (including but not limited to vulnerability scanning and penetrationtesting)will be an advantage;
• Mature, independent and with strong analytical and interpersonal skills;
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Audit Manager.
