Kenswick CPA Limited in Hong Kong seeks an Audit Manager (Audit and Assurance) to lead engagement teams, oversee planning and execution, and deliver high-quality assurance services for listed and private clients. You will mentor staff, manage client relationships, and report to a partner in a fast-paced CPA firm.

• Minimum 5 years of audit experience from an audit firm.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent; CPA qualification required.
• Experience in audit of listed and private companies; IPOs knowledge advantageous.
• Excellent technical and project management skills; leadership ability.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Mandarin proficiency preferred.
• Self-motivated with ability to handle seasonal workload and coach staff.
• Report to partner and manage client relationships.

Experience in audit of listed and private companies, and sound knowledge of IPOs, Listing Rules related transactions and capital raising exercises is an advantage

Excellent technical and project management skills

Self-motivating and willing to confront seasonal work pressure

Proven leadership, proactive in problem-solving and team management

Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin

Passionate for providing exceptional quality service and striving to exceed clients’ expectations

Certified Public Accountant qualification is required

Tasks & responsibilities

Carrying out audit, audit-related and other assurance services to clients across various industries.

Managing all aspects of job engagements including planning, administration, staff scheduling, execution and closely monitoring engagement progress to ensure pre-agreed deadlines and milestones are met.

Managing relationships with clients timely and effectively

Establishing and maintaining effective internal relationships across different service lines

Contributing to thought leadership and knowledge sharing within the team

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Provide coaching and support to team members

Report to partner

Occasional travel may be required
