Job summary

OSOME in Hong Kong is seeking a junior auditor to join its audit team. You will plan and organize audit assignments, perform fieldwork and testing, and prepare audit reports and tax computations while liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related disciplines.
• 1-2 years of relevant audit or accounting experience preferred.
• Student member of HKICPA, ACCA, or CPAA.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Job description

What To Expect

• Manage end-to-end audit engagements, including planning, scheduling, execution, and progress tracking to meet agreed timelines and milestones
• Prepare audit reports and tax computations with accuracy and compliance
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, team members, and management on engagement progress and key updates
• Support and coach junior team members during audit engagements
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as required

What You'll Do

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting or related disciplines
• 1-2 years of relevant audit or accounting experience preferred
• Student member of HKICPA, ACCA, or CPAA
• Working knowledge of auditing and financial reporting standards, including HKFRSs, HKFRS for Private Entities, and SME-FRSs
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
