Job summary

Combuilder Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced test engineer to develop and maintain automated test equipment (ATE) programs for SoC and memory testing in a high-volume environment. You will create test methods in Java, Python, and C/C++, build analytics reports, and drive test-time-reduction initiatives.

The role requires at least 3 years in validation, strong scripting skills, and hands-on experience with Advantest V93K or SmarTest.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in validation, ATE test development, or related areas.
• Strong hands-on experience in ATE test-program and test-method development.
• Experience with MBIST, MLST, MFAT, and/or MRET testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ATE test programs and test methods using Java, Python, and C/C++ for SoC and memory testing.
• Develop automation tools and scripts to improve test development, debugging, and data-analysis efficiency.
• Support test-program integration, simulation, and validation prior to production release.
• Review test-method code for functionality, standards, and industry practices.
• Maintain program revisions and source-code control using Git.
• Support RMA device debug, failure analysis, and production-test issues.
