Job description

The F&A team comprises multiple functions, including Financial Control & Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury, and Operations. The team optimizes global finance initiatives and manages various projects with attention to detail and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a proactive mindset and learn continuously. Stay alert to market changes and respond swiftly.
• Assess impacts of new initiatives on the Finance team, including financial reporting, treasury, tax, digital transformation, and reconciliation.
• Communicate stakeholder requirements to external teams and resolve dependencies to ensure smooth project launches.
• Participate in full product cycles—from launch, control, performance tracking, to retirement—collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor project statuses, identify potential risks, and propose solutions to mitigate issues proactively.
• Coordinate daily activities with internal and external parties for new projects.
• Support ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
• Basic data analysis and programming skills.
• Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau, VBA, and Excel formulas is a plus.
• Experience in financial reporting is advantageous.
