Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financing channels and cooperate with banks' due diligence.
• Advance bank financing approval processes and maintain relationships with financial institutions.
• Perform daily liquidity management, fund allocation, and cash management.
• Prepare and update routine reports such as deposit concentration monitoring tables and financing ledgers.
• Coordinate with headquarters and other departments to report fund-related materials to shareholders and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Under the team's leadership, develop and maintain financing channels, cooperate with banks' due diligence work, advance bank financing approval processes, and maintain good cooperative relationships with financial institutions;
• According to team assignments, perform daily liquidity management, fund allocation, cash management, and other tasks to ensure the company's safe and stable operation;
• Prepare and update routine reporting forms and reports such as deposit concentration monitoring tables, credit lines, and financing ledgers on time, and assist in the calculation and maintenance of daily fund management-related data;
• Maintain good communication with relevant departments at headquarters, and provide feedback on fund-related materials and work reports in accordance with the requirements of shareholders at all levels and external regulators; maintain good communication and collaboration with other departments within the company to complete tasks assigned by the company;
• Complete other tasks within the team.

Job Requirements

• Degree or above with major in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related disciplines
• Background in finance or a related field and at least three years of work experience in a financial institution's treasury department.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Candidates should be responsible, honest, reliable, and a quick learner.
