Job summary

Raffles Family Office in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned professional to support pricing, valuation, and ongoing monitoring of structured products and open positions across our Asia-focused platform. You will help prepare marketing materials, client brochures, and trade confirmations for a wide range of investment solutions.

Collaborate with Investment Bankers, Trading, Finance, and Operations to ensure accurate pricing, robust post-trade reporting, and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial markets with exposure to structured products/derivatives.
• Strong knowledge of derivatives and structured investment products; pricing/valuation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support pricing, valuation, and ongoing monitoring of structured products and open positions.
• Prepare marketing materials, product presentations, and client brochures for investment solutions.
• Coordinate and process trade confirmations for primary and secondary market transactions.
• Review product term sheets and translate product specifications into internal files for trade lifecycle monitoring.
• Generate investment and trade ideas using Bloomberg and pricing/analytics tools.
• Collaborate with Investment Bankers, Trading, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth trade execution and product management.
• Maintain product documentation and post-trade reporting.
• Participate in process improvements and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the pricing, valuation, and ongoing monitoring of structured products and open positions.
• Prepare marketing materials, product presentations, and client brochures for a wide range of structured investment solutions.
• Coordinate and process trade confirmations for primary and secondary market transactions.
• Review product term sheets and accurately translate product specifications into internal product files for trade lifecycle monitoring.
• Generate investment and trade ideas using Bloomberg and pricing/analytics tools.
• Work closely with Investment Bankers, Trading, Finance, Operations, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth trade execution and product management.
• Maintain product documentation and support post-trade monitoring and reporting.
• Participate in process improvements, system enhancements, and other ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial markets, with exposure to structured products, derivatives, capital markets, or investment products.
• Strong knowledge of derivatives and structured investment products; experience with pricing and valuation is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Bloomberg Terminal and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to develop pricing models and generate trade ideas.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, collaborative, and highly motivated team player with a strong learning mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify and articulate complex financial concepts.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, counterparties, and stakeholders across the region.
