Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial dispute resolution across diverse areas (shareholder, fraud, defamation, harassment, employment, IP, etc.).
• Strong legal and procedural knowledge demonstrated in drafting, research, and court/regulatory filings.

Responsibilities

• Support a varied caseload across the firm’s commercial dispute resolution practice.
• Advise clients, draft/review legal documents, conduct legal research, prepare correspondence and filings.
• Manage disputes from instruction to resolution and liaise with clients, counterparts and external advisors.
