Qualifications

Qualified solicitor in Hong Kong with 2-4 years PQE in dispute resolution.
Demonstrated experience handling commercial litigation, with exposure to construction disputes preferred.
Strong legal drafting, analytical, and negotiation capabilities.
Excellent written and spoken English, fluent Cantonese and Mandarin for regional clientele and documentation.
Proactive mindset with the ability to work effectively within a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

Advise local and international clients on a broad spectrum of complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters.
Handle construction-related disputes, including court proceedings, mediation, and international arbitration.
Draft court pleadings, witness statements, legal opinions, and procedural documentation.
Assist partners with trial preparation, hearing management, and strategic dispute resolution advice.
Engage directly with clients, counsel, experts, and opposing parties across various jurisdictions.
