The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong invites applications for the role of Associate Professor in the Department of Social Science. The appointee will teach and supervise undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, lead curriculum and quality assurance efforts, and pursue high-impact research.

The successful candidate should hold a doctoral degree in Public Policy, Public Administration or related field, demonstrate an excellent publication record, and show leadership in academic administration.

Qualifications

• PhD or doctoral degree in Public Policy, Public Administration or related social science discipline.
• Strong research record with publications in reputable journals.
• Evidence of teaching excellence at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
• Proven track record in programme leadership and academic administration.

Responsabilités

• Plan, develop, coordinate and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in relevant disciplines.
• Provide leadership in programme development, quality assurance, and accreditation activities.
• Conduct high-quality research and scholarly activities and contribute to departmental, faculty, and university service.
