Job summary

Based in Sheung Wan, the role focuses on ITGCs, automated controls, and CAATs, requiring English and Chinese communication and a foundational IT background.

The candidate will work with cross-functional teams, contribute to audit quality, and develop skills in data-driven assurance within a dynamic financial services

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of IT audit experience in professional services or financial services
• Understand IT infrastructure, applications, databases, networks, and cybersecurity
• Well written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua

Support external audit engagements by delivering technology-driven audit services. This role focuses on evaluating IT risks, strengthening control assurance, and leveraging data analytics to enhance audit quality in a rapidly evolving digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assess enterprise IT environments, business processes, and risks

Perform IT audits execution covering IT general controls (ITGC) and automated business process controls, including IT application controls (ITAC)

Apply computer-assisted audit techniques (CAATs) and advanced tools

Analyse large financial and non-financial datasets using tools to identify anomalies and audit risks

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field

Minimum 1 year of IT audit experience in professional services or financial services

Understand IT infrastructure, applications, databases, networks, and cybersecurity

Well written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua

Preferred

Proficiency in SQL and Power BI

With additional programming skills (e.g., Python, VBA, Java) as an advantage
