Qualifications

• Technology function experience within a global financial services organization.
• Minimum 10 years of leadership and management experience.
• Experience in change and transformation programs.
• Working knowledge of the investment management business.
• Technology delivery best practices.
• Knowledge of latest technology trends in AI, DLT, and quantum computing.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in a science or technology-related field.

The Hong Kong Technology Team ensures effective delivery and smooth operation of technology services supporting local business needs, acting as a key connection point between local stakeholders, regional leadership, and global functional teams.

Employment Details

Full time, exempt employee. Workplace model: at least four days in the designated office per week, with one day remote.
