Job Summary

This role supports the execution and delivery of digital channel products for CCIB clients in Hong Kong and North Asia, working closely with Coverage, Product, Technology, Operations and Compliance teams to enhance client experience and digital adoption. The Associate plays a hands-on role in channel lifecycle activities, client solutioning, testing (PTR/UAT), deployments and commercialisation of enhancements, while supporting governance, risk and regulatory alignment. The role involves active client and stakeholder engagement, contribution to business cases and market intelligence, and coordination of training and communications, with a strong focus on disciplined execution, service quality, and adherence to the Group’s conduct, control and governance standards.
