Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related discipline.
• 8+ years in analytics, data science, BI, or advanced analytics.
• Experience in insurance, healthcare, or regulated sectors preferred.
• Proven ability to translate analytics into business impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analytics projects across healthcare, claims, customer, product, and proposition.
• Deliver actionable insights to support growth and portfolio sustainability.
• Apply predictive modelling, ML, and AI to business challenges.
• Evaluate initiatives and optimise performance and outcomes.
• Design dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPI monitoring.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across business, technology, and analytics.
• Translate findings into practical business actions and decisions.
• Champion analytics governance and innovation within the organisation.
• Provide thought leadership and mentorship in analytics methods.
