Job summary

China Everbright Securities International (EBSI) invites an Assistant Vice President, Internal Audit (IT) in Hong Kong to lead IT audit activities and advise on major control designs. The role requires coordinating IT audit work, ensuring quality against the annual plan, and reporting any exceptions promptly.

You will also drive digital solutions projects and support KPI achievement. The ideal candidate has extensive IT audit experience in financial services, strong English/Chinese

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT audit experience in financial institutions or large CPA firms.
• Strong knowledge of IT risk and controls across IT infrastructure, Cloud, cybersecurity.
• Fluent English and Chinese with solid report writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head/VPs of IA in overseeing IT audit function and advise on controls design.
• Monitor and ensure timely completion and quality of IT audit assignments per annual plan.
• Promptly report exceptions or non-compliances with policies or regulations.
• Follow up on implementation of audit recommendations.
• Contribute to planning and enhancing digital solutions for internal audit with stakeholders.
• Support KPI achievement and seek workflow efficiency improvements.
