Job summary

Shun Yuen Construction Company Limited is seeking a Quantity Surveying professional to coordinate with stakeholders, prepare submissions, and support measurement and cost data for civil projects in Hong Kong. Proficiency in both English and Cantonese is required, with at least 2 years of QS-related experience.

The role is based at our Yuen Long site, and the successful candidate will assist in liaising with clients and government authorities, while performing ad hoc duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building or Civil Engineering or related subjects.
• Associate Membership of HKIE in Building/Civil/Structural discipline.
• Associate Membership of HKIS in Quantity Surveying division.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare necessary documentation and manage submissions.
• Perform data entry tasks as required.
• Collaborate with the team on measurement tasks and financial costing for work orders.
• Liaise with clients and government authorities for measurement-related matters.
• Occasionally undertake outdoor assignments as required.
• Handle ad hoc duties and assignments as directed.

Requirements

• Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building or in Civil Engineering or in other relevant subjects; OR
• Associate Membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers in the building/civil/structural discipline; OR
• Associate Membership of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors in the Quantity Surveying Division.
• At least 2 years of experience in QS-related work.
• Proficient in both English and Cantonese.
• Working Location: YUEN Long
