Job summary

China Harbour Engineering Co Ltd is seeking a Quality Assurance professional for a Hong Kong project. The role focuses on developing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System, and preparing Quality Plans and ITPs for major on-site activities.

You will lead internal audits, coordinate testing with consultants, and train staff on the quality system, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance.
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Training.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System for the project.
• Prepare the Project Quality Plan and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Implement Project Operating Procedures and other project-specific procedures.
• Prepare Inspection and Test Plans for all major on-site activities.
• Carry out internal audits and surveillance on subcontractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate with consultants for site and laboratory testing of materials.
• Conduct training sessions for the implementation of the quality system.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
