Job summary

Easy Living Consultant Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Property Officer to support property management operations. You will handle inquiries and complaints from residents and assist in daily operations, liaising with teams and managing documents.

The ideal candidate holds a Higher Diploma or above in Property Management, has at least 1 year of property management experience in Hong Kong (WOI site preferred), and is proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Property Management is required.
• PMP license holder will be preferred.
• Minimum 1 year's working experience in property management in Hong Kong; experience at sites with The Incorporated Owners is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Able to work independently.
