Job summary

Responsibilities

• Market intelligence & research on private markets and fundraising dynamics.
• Support due diligence on funds and product data collection and reporting.
• Assist product launch, lifecycle tracking, and performance attribution.
• Prepare meeting notes and synthesize investment viewpoints.
• Provide cross-functional support to the team on research projects.

Key Responsibilities / 岗位职责

• Market Intelligence & Research / 市场追踪与研究
• 跟踪一级市场宏观环境、私募股权及风险投资动态，研究并整理市场数据、行业趋势和机构观点。
• Fund Due Diligence / 尽职调查支持
• 参与基金管理人及产品尽调，包括资料梳理、访谈、历史业绩与投资组合分析、风险识别等。
• Product Launch & Execution / 产品立项与上线
• 配合产品团队推进项目立项与上线，完成基础分析、数据整理和汇报材料撰写。
• Lifecycle Management / 存续管理与归因
• 参与存续产品的日常跟踪与维护，监测产品表现并开展业绩归因分析。
• Meeting Synthesis / 会议纪要与观点沉淀
• 参加管理人尽调、路演及内部会议，整理会议纪要和核心投资观点。
• Team Support / 综合项目支持
• 完成团队安排的其他研究及综合性项目支持工作。

Qualifications & Requirements / 任职要求

• Education / 教育背景
• 硕士研究生及以上学历在读，2026届及以后毕业；经济、金融、会计、统计或相关专业；具备产业与金融复合背景者优先。
• Experience / 实习经历
• 有美元资产管理机构、FOF、私募股权投资机构（PE/VC）或海外投行相关实习经历者优先。
• Technical Skills / 专业能力
• 对一级市场投资和基金产品有浓厚兴趣，具备基础的财务分析、数据分析及研究能力；熟练使用 Excel、PowerPoint、Word；具备数据处理、财务建模或可视化能力者优先。
• Soft Skills / 综合素质
• 自我驱动，认真细致，逻辑清晰，具备优秀的沟通表达、独立解决问题和团队协作能力。
• Language / 语言能力
• 英语流利，可熟练阅读英文投资与尽调材料，具备良好的中英文书面及口头表达能力。
