Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking an Assistant Planner to support the Director of Planning across Asia markets—focusing on Monthly Forecast Review, inventory allocation, and robust business analytics. You will drive inventory productivity and reporting accuracy, delivering insights for Retail, Wholesale, and Travel Retail channels.

The role emphasizes strong Excel, analytical capability, and proactive ownership of assignments, with exposure to SAP, Power BI, and SQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 1-2 years of experience in Merchandise Planning, Retail Planning, Allocation, Supply Chain Planning, Business Analytics, or related fields.
• Retail or fashion industry experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of SAP, MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau, Power Query, SQL, or Python is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the Monthly Forecast Review (MFR) process across Asia markets and channels.
• Execute product allocations and replenishment strategies.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports handling sales, inventory, and productivity metrics.
• Consolidate sales, inventory, and forecast submissions from partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning, allocation, and reporting processes, including automation.
