Nanyang Commercial Bank Ltd. is seeking a candidate to oversee operational risk governance in Hong Kong. The role involves formulating risk policies, advising business units, and evaluating incidents to reduce risk across banking products and workflows.

The successful applicant will review incidents, ensure Basel-based compliance, and maintain alignment with regulatory guidelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced banking environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Operation Management, Finance or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of banking experience in operational risk or internal audit.
• Substantial knowledge in regulatory requirements relating to banking industry.
• Analytical, independent and objective when making judgments.
• Flexible, proactive and independent with sound communication and interpersonal skills.
• ECF qualification is preferred.
• Proficiency in English, Chinese and Putonghua.

Responsabilidades
