Job summary

JPC Texson Ltd in Hong Kong and China is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to assist the Sales Team with order follow-up, sample handling, ERP data entry, and Excel reporting. You will work closely with Mainland China colleagues to coordinate samples and orders.

The ideal candidate is Form 5 or Diploma or above, has 2–3 years in trading or manufacturing, and preferably watch industry experience. Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, with strong MS Office and Excel skills to prepare

Qualifications

• Form 5 / Diploma or above.
• 2–3 years in trading, manufacturing or sourcing.
• Watch industry experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in order processing, sample handling, quotations, procurement, or supply chain.
• Proficient in Cantonese, English, Mandarin and Chinese.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Sales Manager.
• Work in a sales team of 5 members.
• Support the Sales Team with order follow-up, sample handling, data entry into the ERP system, and Excel report preparation.
• Coordinate sample arrangement and order follow-up with Mainland China colleagues.
• Communicate with customers on order status, documents, and general enquiries.
• Prepare quotations and handle purchase orders and invoices through customers’ procurement platforms.
• Follow up on customer inspection bookings through their internal systems.
• Liaise with shipping colleagues to arrange shipping documents and schedules.
• Perform general administrative and documentation work to support sales operations.
