Job summary

Savills Property Management Limited is seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager / Marketing Executive in Hong Kong to plan and execute video shoots, create luxury property content, and drive social media campaigns.

The role requires hands-on production skills, fluency in English and Chinese, and familiarity with Xiaohongshu and Instagram Reels, leveraging AI tools to enhance marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or related disciplines preferred.
• 1-3 years' experience in marketing, social media or content creation.
• Fresh graduates may be considered for Marketing Executive.
• Hands-on experience in video shooting and editing for social media.
• Strong knowledge of Xiaohongshu, Instagram Reels and digital trends.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Edit photos and videos to showcase luxury residential properties and lifestyle content.

ASSISTANT MARKETING MANAGER / MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate property video shoots, including short-form content such as IG Reels and Xiaohongshu videos

Edit photos and videos to showcase luxury residential properties and lifestyle content

Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, copywriting, video editing and marketing campaigns

Prepare bilingual marketing materials, social media posts and promotional content

Monitor social media performance and provide insights and recommendations

Work closely with sales teams on marketing initiatives and campaigns

Stay abreast of social media trends and digital marketing best practices

Requirements

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or related disciplines preferred

1-3 years' experience in marketing, social media or content creation

Fresh graduate will also be considered as Marketing Executive

Hands-on experience in video shooting, editing and social media content production

Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
