Howden Insurance Brokers (HK) Ltd is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager / Manager to join our team in Hong Kong. You will support Property and Casualty broking, corporate risk and personal lines, and assist in underwriting processes and claims handling.

You will manage client relationships, prepare quotations, review policy documents for accuracy and compliance, and provide timely insurance advice to sustain trust. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Insurance and IIQE qualification preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in insurance broking, including corporate and commercial sectors
• Understanding of insurance products, claims processes and regulatory compliance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and client-facing communication
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork and proactive attitude

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager / Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in Property and Casualty (P&C) broking, including corporate risk and personal lines.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE

• Degree or diploma holder with insurance qualifications to practice as an insurance broker in Hong Kong (i.e., IIQE Paper 1 & 2) is a must.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in insurance broking, including corporate and commercial sectors.
• Good understanding of insurance products, claims processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly driven and energetic with good interpersonal and communication skills, a good team player, and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
