Job summary

Cross Industry Climate Group in Hong Kong is recruiting a senior program and facilities leader to provide executive support and drive governance, operations, and training initiatives. The role emphasizes adoption of AI-enabled solutions to enhance efficiency and service quality.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree, 7+ years post-qualification experience in PM or facilities management, and strong leadership with fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree recognized, preferably Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services.
• 7+ years post-qualification experience in PM, facilities mgmt, or related functions.
• Ability to develop management strategies and drive organizational objectives.
• Strong analytical and data management skills with data-driven reporting.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving and stakeholder management.
• Strong planning, organization, and communication; proactive and independent.
• Initiative and sound judgement; interest in AI/digital solutions.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive support to senior management and assist in governance, operations, and development of HKIC and its training functions.
• Support the implementation of strategic plans, policies, and organizational initiatives, including AI-enabled and digital solutions.
• Drive operational improvement, risk management, and cross-functional initiatives to strengthen governance and performance.
• Manage institutional projects, facilities, campus operations, and outsourced services, ensuring quality, safety and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare management reports, presentations, research, policy reviews, and data analysis to support planning and decision-making.
• Support budget administration and the planning, management, QA, and continuous improvement of training programmes.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.

Job description

• a recognized degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, or a related discipline;
• a minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience in project management, facilities management, or related functions;
• strong ability to develop management strategies, implement initiatives, and drive organizational objectives;
• strong analytical and data management skills, with experience in preparing management reports and supporting data-driven decision-making;
• proven leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams;
• good planning, organizational, and communication skills, with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently;
• strong initiative and sound judgement, with a commitment to leveraging AI and emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and management effectiveness; and
• excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; possession of a recognized professional qualification in a relevant discipline is an advantage.

• support budget administration and the planning, management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of training programmes to enhance learning outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
• to carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Executive Director.

Applications

The position is on a renewable fixed-term contract (subject to performance and operational needs) for a period of 2 years.
