Eaton HK, the flagship Eaton Workshop property in Hong Kong, seeks a seasoned front desk supervisor. You will lead front desk operations, manage yield strategies, and ensure top guest satisfaction while upholding the hotel’s service standards.

Based in Jordan, HK, the role requires 5+ years in hospitality with supervisory experience and strong knowledge of front office software. An energetic, service-driven leader is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hotel front desk experience with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Familiar with front office procedures and related software.
• Strong yield management skills and ability to teach others.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle guest enquiries and emergency cases
• Empowered to make decisions in the best interest of the hotel from a sound understanding of how decisions are made, ensuring consistency
• Achieve maximum guest satisfaction and adhere to the quality standards required by the hotel
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by superior or Hotel Management

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE

• At least 5 years hotel front desk working experience with 3 years or above at supervisory level
• Familiar with front office procedures and related software
• Strong yield management skills and ability to instill those in others
• Prompt and systematic decision making and problem solving skills with analytical power
• Strong leadership skills and able to work independently and confidently under pressure
• Solid knowledge on courteous manner of handling guests enquiries and complaints
• Eager to demonstrate “can-do" attitudes towards both internal & external customers
