Job summary

STMicroelectronics Pte Ltd in Hong Kong seeks an AME - EWS to perform preventive maintenance on wafer manufacturing equipment and support 12-hour rotating shifts in a cleanroom environment. You will troubleshoot minor issues, conduct 5S, and assist with safety and daily maintenance tasks.

The role requires experience in manufacturing PM, teamwork, good communication, and basic Microsoft Office skills. Diploma in Electronics, Electrical or Mechatronics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in preventive maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Semiconductor wafer fab cleanroom equipment experience is an advantage.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Excellent written skills for PM checklists and shift handover.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance following PM checklist.
• Carry out basic troubleshooting and minor repairs on wafer manufacturing equipment.
• Perform daily equipment 5s and maintenance.

YOUR ROLE

• Perform preventive maintenance by following PM Checklist

• Carry out basic troubleshooting, minor repair on wafer manufacturing equipment

• Perform daily equipment 5s and maintenance

• Adhere to safety rules and regulations in a cleanroom environment

• Support ad-hoc activities assigned by Superior from time to time

• Suggest ideals and/or participate in equipment continuous improvement project

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Experience in preventive maintenance under manufacturing environment

• Experience in semi-conductor / wafer fab cleanroom equipment will be an advantage

• Good team player, positive and willing to learn

• Good communication with teammates and peers in other departments

• Good written skills which are required for PM Checklist and Shift Pass down

• Work pattern are 12 hours rotating shift, in a wafer fabrication clean room environment

• Computer literate with basic Microsoft software knowledge and skills

• Relevant Diploma certificates in Electronics or Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
