You will design and develop layouts, renderings, and documentation to support project delivery.

The role emphasizes collaboration, proficiency in AutoCAD/SketchUp and related tools, and strong Cantonese and English communication to serve diverse clients.

Qualificações

• Degree/diploma in interior design or architectural studies.
• 1-3 years' experience in interior design or related field.
• Experience in workplace/office design is advantageous.
• Experience in interior working drawings is advantageous.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of Enscape3D is an advantage.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus.

You will work on concepts, design, and design & build projects specifically for clients in Hong Kong, supporting the growth of our interior design capability within workplace consulting. Your role will involve all conventional aspects of creative and technical design, focusing on space planning to create enjoyable spatial experiences for clients.

What you will do in this role:

Conduct test-fitting exercises to evaluate space utilization and layout efficiency.

Support space planning activities, ensuring functional, aesthetic, and operational design solutions.

Create 2D and 3D designs, including views, renderings, illustrations, and presentations.

Prepare project documentation and review construction and furniture drawings.

Maintain daily contact with clients for design-related matters, managing requests to provide exemplary service.

Enthusiastic, reliable, and quick to turn around 3D visuals.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

Degree/diploma in interior design/architectural studies or relevance;

1-3 years' experience in interior design or a related field;

Workplace/office design experience is advantageous;

Experience in preparation of interior working drawings will be an advantage.

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of Enscape3D is an advantage.

Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus.
