• Implement, administer and maintain the IVC multi-cloud ecosystem, including SAP SuccessFactors, S/4HANA Cloud ERP, SAP BTP, Microsoft Fabric and Azure Integration Services.
• Manage operational administration, system patches, enhancements and release activities across regional cloud platforms.
• Assess, deploy, troubleshoot and test technical components, working with global teams, regional service domains and member firms.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and support governance, security and ongoing platform operations.
• Coordinate regional testing, defect prioritisation and test coverage for business scenarios.
• Guide member-firm technical teams in integrating local systems with the regional IVC platform.

Service Line Overview

Join KPMG’s ASPAC Regional Delivery Centre (“RDC”) to design, deploy and support secure hybrid and multi-cloud solutions for KPMG member firms across Asia Pacific. You will support the Integrated Value Chain (IVC) programme and its SAP and non-SAP cloud ecosystem, translating business and security requirements into reliable regional platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, administer and maintain the IVC multi-cloud ecosystem, including SAP SuccessFactors, S/4HANA Cloud ERP, SAP BTP, Microsoft Fabric and Azure Integration Services.
• Manage operational administration, system patches, enhancements and release activities across regional cloud platforms.
• Assess, deploy, troubleshoot and test technical components, working with global teams, regional service domains and member firms.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and support governance, security and ongoing platform operations.
• Coordinate regional testing, defect prioritisation and test coverage for business scenarios.
• Guide member-firm technical teams in integrating local systems with the regional IVC platform.

Experience & Background

• At least three years’ experience in a corporate technology environment, ideally within a global or professional services organisation.
• At least two years’ hands‑on cloud administration experience with Microsoft Azure and SAP BTP.
• Strong SAP knowledge and practical understanding of SAP methodologies; exposure to SAP TMS, ABAP, automation technologies or AI/LLMs is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation, analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Comfortable collaborating in virtual teams using Microsoft Teams and working across cultures and time zones.
• Pragmatic, adaptable and able to manage changing priorities.
