Qualifications

• First-year law students from underrepresented backgrounds, committed to commercial law, with consistent academic performance.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a series of interactive webinars and online learning organized regionally (January–June).
• Engage in one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Complete a paid work experience programme in the closest local office.
• Receive an additional sponsorship of two weeks' salary at the start of the work experience programme.
• Attend local office activities and develop confidence using English in a professional setting.
