Job description

• To maintain application systems and websites to provide high system availability
• To design and develop application Systems - To attain detailed knowledge of the business knowledge and apply system design techniques and to assign tasks according to priority
• To supervise Team Members - to guide team members to keep improving their technical skills and business knowledge and to train up team members with more system design and analysis skills
• To provide prompt support and effective communications with stakeholders and to maintain high level of customer service / user satisfaction
• To enforce development practices and technical standards, meet with cyber security standards

Job Requirements

• Minimum 10 years relevant working experience
• Good skills of leading development team of software engineers
• Experience in web / mobile application implementation on various platform and good in managing project of different scales
• Proven skills in project management of different scales
• Ability to communicate clearly with a broad range of stakeholders and co-ordinate delivery within a team environment
• Good technical skills and ability to assist team members in overcoming obstacles
• Strong SA&D skill to design systems and understand complex logic
• Knowledge in Web application development on PHP, MS.Net environment with C# and Visual Studio
