Job summary

Optum is seeking a Junior Wellness Implementation Administrator to support end-to-end delivery of Health & Wellness programs across the Asia Pacific region. You will assist in designing, implementing, and managing programs, coordinating with the Global Wellness Team and APAC stakeholders to meet contractual obligations.

The role is full-time with standard hours 9am–6pm, Monday to Friday. Fluent English, strong communication, and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication across emails, calls, and presentations.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Professional maturity and sound judgment in a corporate setting.
  • Shows initiative and works proactively.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Global Wellness Team to implement APAC programs and respond to client requests.
  • Recommend program adaptations to regional requirements.
  • Design programs that enhance overall value and impact.
  • Contribute to program development initiatives and research needs.
  • Plan, coordinate, track and monitor all program aspects.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders and external providers across APAC.
  • Update the Bookwell system based on client needs.
  • Support travel when required and be flexible with hours.
