Job summary

Morgan McKinley Limited is seeking an experienced Application Leader to establish and run enterprise-wide modernization. Reporting to executive technology leadership, this role owns the APAC SAP S/4HANA program, guiding complex IT initiatives and consolidating legacy systems, services, and vendor contracts toward operational independence.

You will lead regional change management, PMO governance, and cross-functional teams across factories and affiliates, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Systems or relevant disciplines.
• 7–10 years in SAP implementation.
• Functional expertise in SD, MM or FI, CO; hands-on with EDI and integrations.
• Proven track record in regional/global SAP projects, ideally in B2C, FMCG, or retail.
• Leadership experience; 2+ end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations across APAC; consulting/vendor experience.
• Strong vendor and commercial acumen; ability to manage SI relationships.
• Fluent in English; Cantonese/Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• APAC SAP S/4HANA deployment across SD/MM/FI/CO etc; manage portfolio and on-time delivery.
• PMO leadership and financial governance including budget tracking.
• Regional change management and training to maximize adoption.
