Qualifications

• Final year students or recent graduates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline.
• Two-year duration for the programme (24 months).
• Start date in July 2027 and location in Hong Kong.
• Review different business lines and working locations before applying.

Responsibilities

• Attend credit committees and write meeting minutes.
• Understand financial markets and risk frameworks.
• Prepare regulatory materials.
• Support risk analysis and governance activities across APAC.
