Van Cleef & Arpels in Hong Kong invites a senior leader to become L’Ecole APAC Managing Director (excl. China). You will anchor the school locally, execute the regional strategy, and expand networks with cultural, academic and industry partners across APAC.

You will coordinate activities with L’Ecole Services and Maison experts, promote the brand, build partnerships, and oversee governance, budgeting and talent development in a matrix organization.

Qualifikationen

• Senior leadership in cultural/academic/scientific/Marcom environments.
• Strong knowledge of the APAC cultural environment and local networks.
• Experience in international contexts is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Implement the local APAC strategy and develop regional networks.
• Coordinate campus activities with L’Ecole Services and Maison experts.
• Promote L’Ecole APAC, build partnerships with institutions and stakeholders.
• Lead strategic, financial, and operational planning with regional leadership.
• Establish campus governance and lead recruitment and training.
