Job summary

Invesco, a leading global investment firm, seeks an Associate, Front Office Operations – Solutions & Index Implementation in Hong Kong. You will manage day‑to‑day portfolio implementation for systematic and index strategies, ensuring accurate rebalances, cash activity, and strict adherence to guidelines across Solutions and Index accounts.

You will monitor positions, exposures, cash, and tracking error while coordinating with Trading to optimize timing and sequencing.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to work in high‑volume environment.
• Proactive in identifying issues and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor portfolio rebalances, cash flows, and index/model updates across Solutions and Index accounts.
• Daily oversight of positions, exposures, cash, and tracking error; escalate as needed.
• Monitor guideline breaches, exceptions, and data discrepancies with proper documentation.
• Coordinate with Trading on implementation timing, liquidity constraints, and sequencing.
• Support new account onboarding and mandate changes.
